• Engage in heavy phone activity with customers to collect payments.
• Locate and contact debtors regarding payment status and negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies; update account status and database regularly.
• Alert supervisors of customers unwilling or unable to pay outstanding amounts and escalate as needed.
