Job summary

Staffmark is hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Itasca, IL. The position covers payables, receivables, and daily data entry, with a pay rate of $22.00–$26.00 per hour and a schedule of 8:00 am–4:30 pm. If you value accuracy and precise financial records, this is a strong fit.

You will support financial operations, enter data into ERP, and assist with AR/AP activities. Prior AR experience and solid computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Additional coursework in accounting, bookkeeping, business, or finance is beneficial
• 2+ years of accounts receivable or data entry experience preferred
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Enter data into ERP system accurately and in a timely manner
• Process invoices and maintain financial records
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Generate bills of lading and prepared orders for shipment
• Provide data accuracy and timely reporting
