Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer and route calls, assist customers in a proactive, friendly manner.
• Enter data into ERP system accurately and promptly.
• Generate bills of lading and prepare orders for shipment.
• Create purchase orders and confirm pricing with vendors.
• Follow up on order status and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.
• Process financial records, invoices and payments with accuracy.
