Voss Collision Centre is seeking an organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage daily accounting tasks including posting payments, invoicing, deposits, and payroll information.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Word, Excel, and payroll software, with Reynolds and Reynolds experience as a plus. Benefits include health coverage, vacation, sick pay, and weekly payroll processing.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and payroll software.
• Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Candidate must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Post checks to the appropriate accounts in an accurate and timely manner.
• Prepare and issue accurate invoices for services rendered, parts, labor, and related charges.
• Review completed repair orders for accuracy before invoicing.
• Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Process and send daily deposits to the accounting office.
• Invoice all repair orders and insurance forms promptly.
• Ensure the body shop's financial records meet standards.
• Collaborate with Body Shop Manager, CSRs, and team members for accurate billing.
• Input final billing information into Reynolds and Reynolds daily.
• Prepare payroll information on a weekly basis.
