Responsibilities

• Post checks to accounts accurately and timely.
• Prepare and issue invoices for services and parts.
• Review repair orders for invoicing accuracy.
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up.
• Process daily deposits to the accounting office.
• Invoice repair orders and insurance forms promptly.
• Ensure financial records meet company and industry standards.
• Collaborate with Body Shop Manager and team to ensure billing accuracy.
• Enter final billing information into Reynolds and Reynolds daily.
• Prepare payroll information weekly.
