Job summary

Voss Collision Centre in Centerville, OH is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage daily accounting tasks including posting payments, invoicing, deposits, and payroll information.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Word, Excel and payroll software, with Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred, and will work closely with the Body Shop Manager to ensure accurate billing and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and payroll software is required.
• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Post checks to accounts accurately and timely.
• Prepare and issue invoices for services rendered.
• Review repair orders for invoicing accuracy.
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up accordingly.
• Process daily deposits to the accounting office.
• Invoice repair orders and insurance forms promptly.
• Ensure financial records meet company standards.
• Collaborate with Body Shop Manager and team for accurate billing.
• Enter final billing data into Reynolds and Reynolds daily.
• Prepare payroll information weekly.
