Apollo Mechanical Contractors in Kennewick, WA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage daily deposits, billing and customer statements. You will balance contract and billing values, process subcontract billings, perform monthly collections, and support other departments.

Requirements include proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and a pre-employment drug screen.

• Balance, code, and process the daily deposits - includes paper checks, EFT payments, and credit card transactions.
• Prepare and process monthly billings and billing documents.
• Balancing of contract and billing values.
• Process monthly subcontract billings.
• Review and send customer statements.
• Monthly collections of past due items.
• Provide support to various departments within the company.
• May include other miscellaneous accounts receivable duties.
