Job summary

Apollo, Inc. in Kennewick, WA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage daily deposits, invoicing, billing and collections. You will balance contracts and billing values, prepare subcontract billings, and review customer statements to keep cash flow healthy.

This role requires strong Excel/Office skills, good organizational ability, and the capacity to multi-task in a hands-on accounting environment with cross-department support.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office/Excel/Outlook proficiency required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Balance, code, and process the daily deposits (checks, EFTs, and credit cards).
• Prepare and process monthly billings and billing documents.
• Balance contract and billing values.
• Process monthly subcontract billings.
• Review and send customer statements.
• Monthly collections of past due items.
• Provide support to various departments within the company.
• May include other miscellaneous accounts receivable duties.
