Job summary

Travelpro, a modern mobility brand, seeks an Accounts Receivable professional to support timely cash application and accurate invoicing. You will collaborate cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and assist month-end close, ensuring customer accounts stay accurate and payments post smoothly.

The role emphasizes process improvements, strong attention to detail, and delivering reliable financial reporting within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Receivable, Accounting Clerk, Revenue Operations, or related experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash application activities, including bank deposits and customer payment processing to support accurate and timely revenue recognition.
• Process customer invoices, credit memos, deductions, allowances, returns, write-offs, and refunds while maintaining compliance with company policies.
• Research and resolve unapplied cash, customer chargebacks, short payments, and account discrepancies to improve collection efficiency.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, Logistics, and Sales teams to investigate and resolve payment-related issues.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial close activities, account reconciliations, reporting requirements, and special projects.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and ensure timely distribution of invoices and account documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and workflow efficiencies within revenue operations and accounts receivable functions.
