Job summary

Travelpro Products, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant to support accurate financial reporting for a modern mobility brand.

You will own daily processes for fixed assets, intangibles, prepaids, intercompany activity, and master Excel reconciliation workbooks, working with operations and management to resolve discrepancies. The role focuses on month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and GAAP-compliant financial analysis, with opportunities to streamline processes and improve controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Three or more years of accounting experience, full-cycle corporate accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills for reconciliations and analysis.
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations, treasury, and audit partners.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy and integrity of the general ledger through analysis and journal entries.
• Lead month-end reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
• Maintain detailed reconciliation schedules and multi-tab Excel workbooks for audit trails.
• Prepare journal entries for fixed assets, intangibles, prepaids, intercompany, FX and related activity.
• Oversee month-end expense analysis and reclassifications for accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with departments and leadership to support close processes.
• Support audits with schedules, documentation and analyses.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting.
