Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related accounting experience is welcomed.
• Working knowledge of debits, credits, cash receipts, payment application, and basic reconciliations.
• Strong data-entry, organization, accuracy, time-management, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments and deposits, recording payments in the accounting system.
• Reconcile bank accounts and cash activity at month end.
• Prepare monthly reports on commissions and payroll entries.
• Support customers and internal teams with payment and account questions.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with cash-handling controls.
• Protect customer payment data and follow access controls.
