LHH in High Point, NC is seeking an organized Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist to support accounts receivable, billing, and day-to-day office tasks in a direct hire role.
You will review orders, generate invoices, process bank deposits, and collaborate across accounting, shipping, and operations to ensure accurate, timely billing and strong customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys managing detailed billing processes, and is comfortable supporting both accounting and day-to-day office operations.
Prepare part billing by reviewing signed bills of lading and matching documentation to the appropriate customer sales order files.
Record job numbers and confirm that materials have been properly issued to each job.
Generate accurate customer accounts receivable invoices once billing is complete.
Save and organize invoices within the designated Accounts Receivable accounting files.
Obtain freight quotes for outbound shipments.
Review customer orders for credit status.
Prepare bank deposits and deliver deposits to the bank.
File and track freight claims.
Previous experience with accounts receivable, customer billing, invoicing, or a related accounting function.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to match billing documentation accurately.
Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Professional communication and customer service skills.
Comfort working across accounting, shipping, operations, and general office administration.
Dependable, proactive, and willing to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
