Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree, bachelor's degree, or current enrollment in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Entry-level position; prior accounting or administrative experience a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting software is expected.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and deposit customer payments; apply to invoices accurately.
• Maintain customer account records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with collections activities and aging reports.
• Support month-end close and reconciliation tasks.
• Prepare reports for management and audit purposes.
• Assist in process improvements and data accuracy initiatives.
• Provide customer support and resolve payment discrepancies.
