Vaco of Highspring is seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant in Jacksonville, FL to support daily invoicing, payment processing, and cash application on a 100% onsite schedule. This contract-to-hire role operates Monday–Friday with standard daytime hours.

The position requires AR experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel, with Unix and ERP systems considered a plus. Growth opportunities exist through a temp-to-perm path within a collaborative finance team.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience required.
• Experience with cash application and payment processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
• Ability to research and resolve payment discrepancies and chargebacks.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems preferred; Unix system experience is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Accounts Receivable & Cash Application: Retrieve remittance information, verify payments, apply within Unix, balance and reconcile payments, review cash reports.
• Billing & Invoicing: Manage daily invoicing, distribute invoices, process NET payment applications, handle invoicing for international customers.
• Customer Account Management: Manage AR portfolio focused on overcharge rebate accounts, monitor accounts, support chargebacks, assist with collections.
