Job summary

Ornua is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst for the North America division. This entry-level role manages AR transactions across OINA locations, ensuring timely recording and reporting, and serves as a primary contact for customer service inquiries.

You will reconcile customer accounts, post cash receipts, and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues, in a onsite Hilbert, Wisconsin environment with standard M–F 9am–5pm hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and disseminate invoices.
• Report cash received daily and summarize findings for management.
• Analyze GL accounts for accurate posting.
• Post cash receipts timely for AR balances.
• Reconcile customer accounts daily in Microsoft Dynamics SL.
• Follow up on short payments and unresolved issues.
• Post credit memos and notify customers promptly.
• Be the point of contact for AR-related customer questions.
• Collaborate with departments to determine freight rates and resolve issues.
• Provide back-up to other accounting duties.
