Job summary

Estes Forwarding Worldwide, LLC in Richmond, VA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage past-due collections and maintain accurate account records. You will interact with internal teams and customers to resolve billing issues, ensuring timely cash flow and high service levels.

The role requires strong Excel/Word skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A High School Diploma and 2–5 years in AR are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 2–5 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• AS/400 and/or freight collections experience helpful but not required.
• Experience in Freight Forwarding or Transportation industry desired.

Responsibilities

• Collect past due accounts via phone, US Mail and email.
• Interact with station managers and other departments to resolve invoice differences.
• Research billing errors and make corrections.
• Provide excellent customer service and record detailed account information.
• Adhere to MS Office tools and company procedures.
