Estes Forwarding Worldwide, LLC seeks a Specialist, Accounts Payable in Richmond, VA. You will receive and process invoices from the home office and field, verify data with departments, and ensure accurate coding and timely payment runs.

You will handle vendor inquiries, match checks with invoices, and support cross-functional teams while upholding company policies and TSA/C-TPAT procedures. Estes offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities within a leading logistics provider.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1-2 years clerical experience.
• Prior Accounts Payable experience preferred.
• AS400 experience helpful.
• Eligible to work in the United States; no sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Receive and process all invoices from home office and the field
• Verify invoice data with departments and regional personnel
• Batch invoices, run and proof batch edits
• Match checks with invoices and mail them
• Handle calls to and from vendors regarding payment information
• After mastering duties, will be taught to print checks and run interfaces
• Regular attendance is required
• Compliance with C-TPAT and TSA security procedures
