CoStar Group in Richmond, VA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our in-office finance team. You will manage full life-cycle AR in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, focusing on accuracy and timely collections.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUP), excellent communication, and collaboration with sales and internal partners. You will also handle ad-hoc reporting and support process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Proven ability to resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Excel experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Experience collaborating with internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Improve AR performance using aging metrics.
• Resolve payment issues through proactive client and sales communication.
• Drive CSAT and NPS through relationship-building and professionalism.
• Understand AR lifecycle and aging prevention within 3 months.
• Coordinate at 60-day delinquencies with sales and AR management.
• Balance portfolio tasks with ad-hoc reporting and projects.
