Job summary

Estes Forwarding Worldwide (EFW) is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage past-due accounts, communicate with customers, and resolve invoice discrepancies. The role reports to the Accounting Manager in a fast-paced freight forwarding environment in Richmond, VA.

• Maintain detailed and accurate account records and documentation.
• Support and promote company values and comply with security procedures.
