Hiscox USA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst in Atlanta, GA. This hybrid role sits within the Finance Operations team and requires handling receivables, resolving broker and customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate account records.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 6 years in accounts receivable or related finance role.
• Knowledge of AR principles: payment application, aging, reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer focus.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Process AR requests via Zendesk and other channels, ensuring accurate categorization and timely resolution.
• Review remittance information and accurately apply payments.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and unapplied cash.
• Maintain logs and trackers, follow up on aging items and escalate issues.
• Support broker of record requests and account-maintenance activities per procedures.
• Assist collections through outreach and documentation of activity.
• Support month-end/year-end schedules and audit requests.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
