TD SYNNEX North America is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Specialty Finance team. You will manage customer accounts, drive collections, reconcile balances, and resolve payment issues for a portfolio of customers, collaborating with Sales, Product Marketing, Accounting, and customers to keep accounts accurate and payments timely.

The role requires 1-3 years in AR or related finance functions, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of AR, collections, credit, billing, or related Finance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with reconciliation, collections, and payment resolution processes.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and other Office apps.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks.

Aufgaben

• Manage and reconcile assigned customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Review aging reports and histories to identify collection opportunities.
• Contact customers via email/phone to obtain payment information and documents.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies across invoices, credits, and orders.
• Identify issues delaying payment and determine next steps for resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, and other teams to resolve issues.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end collection activities.
• Maintain timely follow-up on open issues to ensure prompt resolution.
