Formación

• 2+ years of accounts receivable or collections experience, preferably within the construction or restoration industry.
• Proven ability to collect payments and manage aging.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Monitor job completion status and request payments from third-party administrators and insurers.
• Assist homeowners in navigating mortgage loss draft processes.
• Perform outbound collection calls and maintain positive customer relations.
