Qualifications

• 5+ years in Credit & Collections or Deductions Management.
• 5+ years leading process improvements and operational change.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) and Power BI experience.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams and strong customer service focus.
• Experience with multiple ERP systems and global AR processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse AR portfolio across multiple ERPs and sales channels.
• Monitor aged receivables and collaborate to resolve root causes.
• Investigate pricing discrepancies, deductions, and payment variances.
