Job summary

Thomasville Restoration is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support our Mid-Atlantic restoration operations. This role focuses on timely collections, payment processing, and maintaining accurate account records to stabilize cash flow.

Responsibilities include collecting payments from homeowners, insurers, and third-party administrators; resolving discrepancies; developing repayment plans; and producing regular AR reports to management. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of AR or collections experience, preferably in construction/restoration.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect customer payments in line with due dates to meet delinquency targets.
• Monitor job completion status and request payments from insurers, carriers, and other stakeholders.
• Assist homeowners in navigating mortgage loss draft processes and paperwork.
• Conduct outbound collection calls and build rapport with customers.
• Identify and resolve issues contributing to account delinquency; collaborate with team as needed.
• Develop repayment plans and process account adjustments.
• Update account status records and document conversations and actions.
• Streamline billing and collection processes; pursue process improvements.
• Produce regular AR reports on collection activity and status.
• Perform additional tasks to support the AR Department.
