Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist II to join the AR team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will manage risk and cash flow, overseeing complex AR across multiple ERPs and channels, with a focus on accurate reconciliations and timely collections.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in credit and collections or deductions, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and BI tools. Collaboration across functions and a service-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Credit & Collections and/or Deductions Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience with system tools like Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse Accounts Receivable portfolio across multiple ERPs and sales channels.
• Monitor aged receivables and collaborate with partners to resolve root causes.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies including pricing issues, deductions, or misapplied payments.
• Recommend and lead process improvements to enhance collections and customer experience.
