Job summary

Ambient Enterprises is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage invoicing, cash applications, collections, reconciliations, and reporting for our HVAC services group. You will interact with clients to resolve billing issues and ensure timely payments while upholding internal controls and compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of accounting experience (HVAC preferred), strong Excel and MS Office skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years accounting experience, preferably in HVAC service.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance preferred.
• Strong Excel/Office skills and GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send invoices to clients promptly and accurately.
• Apply customer payments and monitor outstanding AR.
• Reconcile AR ledger and post payments correctly.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
• Provide regular AR reports and aging analyses.
• Maintain strong client relationships and respond to inquiries.

Our Ambient team includes experienced professionals who focus on cost-effective solutions for our clients.Job DescriptionRole: Accounts Receivable SpecialistThe MIH team consists of experienced industry-leading professionals, focused on logistical, energy and cost-effective solutions to our clients.
