Qualifications

• Strong accuracy in recording transactions and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer balances and identify delinquent accounts.
• Apply incoming payments and post receipts; verify deposits.
• Research discrepancies and resolve billing questions.
• Review credit requests and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare invoices, statements, and communications.
• Process credits, returns, and disputed transactions.
• Coordinate return-related activity and carrier claims.
• Reconcile receivables and maintain records for reporting.
