The ideal candidate will use Excel and ERP systems to reconcile accounts, perform data entry, and communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment issues.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Experience with credit management and collections.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, spreadsheets, and reporting.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines independently.
• Ensure all account information is accurate and up to date.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
