You will process a high volume of vendor payments, manage new vendor setup in Workday, and support department tasks with a goal of 98% accuracy. Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and prioritizing abilities with multi-tasking.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing, entering and processing payments for high-volume vendor requests.
• Managing vendor setup, FIN match verification and Workday entries.
• Handling check-related tasks, including voids and reissues.
• Monitoring department inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
• Maintaining 98% accuracy in all tasks and supporting mail distribution.
