Job summary

RRD is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to verify and process all payment disbursements, manage positive pay and EFTs, and support cross‑functional banking activities. You will ensure policy compliance and timely deliveries in a transaction‑intensive environment.

The role requires 3+ years AP experience, a college degree in accounting/finance preferred, and strong analytical and communication skills. Salary ranges align with the company’s stated pay band and geographic location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years accounts payable experience.
• Experience with large ERP systems; SAP is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytic problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to multitask under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Daily Payment Reconciliation & Processing for checks, EFTs, and IACH.
• Positive Pay exceptions management with bank partners.
• Inquiries & Disbursements support including stop payments and reissues.
• Treasury liaison for time sensitive banking matters.
• Data analysis to identify trends and process improvements.
• Ensure SLAs and operational performance targets are met.
• Adhere to fiduciary controls and company payment policies.
• Collaborate with offshore AP teams on workflow routing.
