Job summary

Aligned Data Centers is seeking an experienced AP/AR associate to support revenue operations and accounts receivable, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy and independence. You will interface with departments to secure approvals, prepare payments and ad hoc runs, maintain files, respond to inquiries, and assist monthly closings and reporting.

The role requires an AA degree and 3–5 years of related experience, with strong Excel and MS Office skills, attention to detail, and solid

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent and a minimum of three-five years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (strong knowledge of Excel required), Oracle (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
• Acute attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prepare ad hoc reports and business correspondence with little notice.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with appropriate departments to secure proper payment approvals.
• Prepares accounts payable payment runs and ad hoc payments as needed.
• Oversees maintenance of payment files and records.
• Responds to vendor and employee inquiries regarding payments and check requests.
• Assists to resolve discrepancies and participates in monthly closings.
