Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable professional in Nashville to manage daily payment reconciliation, processing, and banking controls. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Treasury and AP teams to ensure timely, accurate disbursements.

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years in AP, strong analytical abilities, and experience with ERP systems (SAP a plus). Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience required.
• Working knowledge of basic AP controls and reconciliation.
• Experience with large ERP systems; SAP a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily payment reconciliation and processing for all payment methods.
• Review and disposition Positive Pay exceptions with banks.
• Manage payable inquiries, stop payments, voids, and reissues.
• Act as treasury liaison for time-sensitive banking matters.
• Analyze payment data and identify processing trends.
• Ensure SLAs for daily banking deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with fiduciary controls.
• Coordinate with offshore AP team on invoice routing.
