Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years accounts payable experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Construction industry preferred.
• Ability to pass a drug, background, reference, and credit check.

Responsabilidades

• Receive invoices, sort, and prepare them for payment.
• Review and audit invoices for correctness and terms.
• Route invoices for approval and collect approved invoices.
• Ensure timely payments to avoid penalties.
• Code invoices and perform data entry.
• Run pre-payment reports and prepare checks.
• Prepare tax deposits, book transfers, and ACH vouchers.
• Review vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly A/P aging reports.
• Create and maintain vendor files.
• W‑9 collection and 1099 reporting.
