Century Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team in California. The role will lead daily AP operations and ensure accurate, on-time vendor payments from our Simi Valley region.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in accounts payable with supervisory experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with accounting systems. In a regulated industry or government contracting environment, experience is a plus.

• 4+ years in accounts payable with supervisory experience.

Mansioni

• Manage daily accounts payable operations and ensure vendor payments are processed accurately and on schedule.
• Review financial transactions and supporting documentation to maintain compliance with established procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment issues and improve transaction accuracy.
• Support monthly accounting activities by preparing reconciliations and monitoring outstanding balances.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and strengthen operational efficiency within the accounts payable function.
