Arclin USA LLC in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an Account Payable Manager to lead daily AP operations, ensure timely invoice processing, and manage a team of 3 AP professionals.

In this role you will drive process improvements, support SAP S/4HANA implementation activities, ensure SOX compliance and internal controls, and partner with Procurement, Finance, and Treasury to optimize end-to-end P2P processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5-7 years in Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay.
• 2-3 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience in shared services, corporate, or multinational environment.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, preferably SAP/SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of SOX, internal controls, and automation in AP.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily AP operations, ensuring timely invoice processing and payments.
• Monitor team performance and SLA adherence in AP processes.
• Drive process improvements and automation in AP systems.
• Ensure SOX compliance and internal controls within AP.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Treasury and stakeholders to optimize P2P processes.
• Directly manage and develop a team of 3 Accounts Payable professionals.
