Jobot in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead a small team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will supervise 3-4 AP staff and collaborate with field operations and vendors to ensure accurate processing and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Supervise 3-4 AP staff and coordinate with field operations.
• Ensure accurate 1099 builds and vendor setup.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with JDEdwards, Tronitech or Lease Query desirable.

Responsibilities

• 1099 build, review, correction, filing
• Leases setup, review and update to ASC842 LeaseQuery
• New vendor setup
• ACH setup and verification – employees and vendors
• Splitting Tronitech imaged batches and invoice processing
• Check run, ACH files including sending and releasing with the bank
• Voids, Garnishments and ACH returns
• Positive pay and uncashed check research
