Now Hiring: AP Supervisor | Galleria Area – Houston, TX

Connect Search is partnering with a rapidly growing healthcare organization to identify an experienced AP Supervisor to join their accounting team in the Galleria area of Houston.

This organization partners with specialty healthcare practices across the country and provides centralized business support across accounting, billing, HR, IT, compliance, procurement, and other operational functions. With a large and growing national footprint, this is an opportunity to join a high-volume, multi-location environment with continued growth ahead.

The AP Supervisor will support the AP Manager while helping oversee the day-to-day AP function and team. This role offers a great mix of people leadership and hands-on AP operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily AP operations and invoice processing
• Training, developing, and supporting AP team members
• Assisting with employee performance reviews
• Ensuring timely and accurate invoice and expense payments
• Maintaining SOX compliance and internal controls
• Managing vendor setup and vendor master maintenance
• Preparing and managing payment reports
• Supporting internal and external audits
• Assisting with year-end 1099 processing

The ideal candidate will bring strong full-cycle AP experience along with previous leadership or supervisory experience. Experience working in a high-volume environment and exposure to SOX controls are especially valuable.

Targeting approximately $95K base
