Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing team members, workflows, or department functions.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end accounts payable processes, internal controls, payment cycles, and vendor management.
• Prior experience supporting ERP implementations, system conversions, or accounting process transformation initiatives.
• Ability to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to accounting operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full accounts payable function, ensuring invoices, payments, and related transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Lead process improvement initiatives designed to increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and support a paperless environment.
• Partner with accounting, finance, and operational teams to identify challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Support ERP implementation and system enhancement projects by helping design scalable accounts payable processes and controls.
• Manage departmental priorities, monitor workflow performance, and ensure timely resolution of vendor and payment issues.
