St. Luke’s in Boise, Idaho seeks an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead our AP operations, ensure accurate invoice processing and timely payments, and strengthen internal controls.

You will mentor staff, drive process improvements, and work with cross-functional teams to support a scalable procure-to-pay function. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AP or finance, solid Excel and data-analysis skills, and a track record of reducing costs and errors through automation.

Formación

• Education: Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 2 years in Accounts Payable or finance.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes and internal controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day AP operations including invoice processing and payments.
• Develop AP staff through coaching and performance management.
• Strengthen controls and mitigate fraud risks in AP.
• Drive automation and workflow improvements across procure-to-pay.
• Support financial close, audits, and regulatory requests.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other teams to optimize processes.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide leadership with insights.
