Job summary

Pennant is hiring an AP Manager to lead the accounts payable team, drive automation initiatives, and ensure SOX compliance across financial reporting. This role collaborates with multiple departments to improve processes, manage vendors, and maintain data integrity using Sage Intacct and related ERP tools.

Located in Idaho/Salt Lake region with strong growth in healthcare services, this position emphasizes leadership, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement within a dynamic services center

Qualifications

• Experience identifying and implementing automation in finance or accounts payable.
• Oversee KPIs for the AP team including accuracy and timeliness.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as RPA and ERP systems is preferred.
• SOX compliance, internal controls, and financial reporting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor AP staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify and implement automation to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with departments to analyze financial data for reporting and improvements.
• Support vendor relationships and ensure timely payments with accuracy.
• Maintain data integrity and SOX compliance for ICFR controls.
• Evaluate and implement process improvements and ERP familiarity (Sage Intacct preferred).
