Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor in Carrollwood, Florida. This role leads a large AP team, partners with accounting leadership, and drives process improvements in a high-volume environment.

You will mentor AP staff, manage invoicing workflow, and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance while strengthening stakeholder relationships and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience with leadership or people-management success.
• Proven experience managing teams in a high-volume transaction processing environment.
• Strong background in KPI analysis, process improvement, and operational leadership.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel to support reporting and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop AP professionals while fostering a high-performance team culture.
• Track key performance metrics and implement initiatives that improve efficiency and service levels.
