Job summary

Atrium is currently hiring for an AP Supervisor in North GA. The role is hybrid, onsite 3 days a week, requiring extensive business transformation experience and advanced SAP knowledge.

You will lead day-to-day AP operations, oversee staff, and drive process improvements while supporting system migration and SAP enhancements. Responsibilities include managing P2P functions, vendor management, and GR/IR clearing to resolve variances between receipts and invoices, with strong internal control

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, P2P, or financial operations.
• 2 to 3 years of people management or direct leadership experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP, OpenText, VIM.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounts payable operations, oversee staff/shared services, and drive process improvements.
• Support enterprise-wide migration and system enhancements, specifically greenfield SAP.
• Oversee P2P functions, vendor management, payment methods, and internal control compliance.
• Manage GR/IR clearing process to resolve quantity and price variances between warehouse receipts and vendor invoices.
• Oversee month-end close reconciliations and internal control compliance.

• Role Focus: Lead day-to-day accounts payable operations, oversee staff/shared services, and drive process improvements.
• System Transition: Support enterprise-wide migration and system enhancements, specifically greenfield SAP
• Operations Management: Oversee P2P functions, vendor management, payment methods, account reconciliations, and internal control compliance.
• Inventory & Three-Way Matching: Manage complex P2P reconciliations, with specific ownership over the Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt (GR/IR) clearing process to resolve quantity and price variances between warehouse receipts and vendor invoices.
• Operations Management: Oversee vendor management, automated payment runs, month‑end close reconciliations, and internal control compliance.
