Job summary

Atrium in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join its corporate accounting team in a hybrid environment.

This role handles high-volume PO and non-PO invoices, performs 3-way matching, and manages vendor relations as part of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes. The position offers exposure to a global organization and a structured shared services setting.

Salary ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 along with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience in a high-volume AP or Shared Services environment.
• Hands-on experience processing both PO and Non-PO invoices.
• Strong understanding of 3-way matching and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and lookup formulas.

Responsibilities

• Review invoice coding, approvals, tax information, and supporting documentation.
• Audit employee expense reports for policy compliance.
• Work with vendors and internal partners to resolve payment issues.
• Assist with vendor statement reconciliations and payment exceptions.
• Support month-end close and AP reconciliations.
• Maintain documentation and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes, workflows, and automation.
• Support broader Procure-to-Pay processes in Shared Services.

We’re partnering with a large, global manufacturing organization in the Alpharetta area that is looking to add an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to its corporate accounting team.

This is a great opportunity for an AP professional who enjoys working in a high-volume, Shared Services environment and wants exposure to a sophisticated global organization, modern systems, and end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes.

Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Position: Full-time, Accounts Payable Analyst

Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000

What You’ll Be Doing

• Process high-volume PO and Non-PO invoices
• Perform 3-way matching and resolve invoice exceptions
• Review invoice coding, approvals, tax information, and supporting documentation
• Audit employee expense reports for policy compliance
• Work directly with vendors and internal business partners to resolve invoice and payment issues
• Assist with vendor statement reconciliations and payment exceptions
• Support month-end close and Accounts Payable reconciliations
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes, workflows, and automation
• Support the broader Procure-to-Pay process within a Shared Services environment

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience in a high-volume AP or Shared Services environment strongly preferred
• Hands‑on experience processing both PO and Non-PO invoices
• Strong understanding of 3-way matching and Procure-to-Pay processes
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, OpenText VIM, and/or Concur highly preferred
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and lookup formulas
• Experience with vendor reconciliations, payment processing, and AP controls
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
