Entertainment Technology Partners (ETP) is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to ensure accurate payments, proper coding, and clean vendor records for our Orlando-based finance team.

Responsibilities include invoice reconciliation, PO reviews, aging report monitoring, and assistance with year-end processes. Must have an associate degree or relevant experience and be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Qualificações

• Associate degree from a two-year college/technical school, OR one or more years of related experience and training, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of accounting processes and accounts payable functions.
• Ability to review financial documentation accurately and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing vendor records, invoices, and reporting activities.

Responsabilidades

• Keep payments accurate by reconciling and processing invoices, verifying documentation and approvals.
• Support financial accuracy by assigning account codes and entering invoices into the system.
• Monitor purchasing commitments by maintaining open purchase order logs.
• Manage accounts payable activity by reviewing aging reports and researching discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor compliance records by collecting W-9s and supporting 1099 preparation.
• Support tax-related processes by issuing resale certificates and use tax monitoring.
• Build strong vendor relationships through professional communication and issue resolution.
• Assist with special accounting projects and provide receptionist support when needed.
