Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in accounting or business or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years accounts payable experience.
• Experience working with vendors and customers.

Aufgaben

• Calculate and verify invoice accuracy.
• Compute discounts, code expenses, enter data and prepare vouchers for payment.
• Balance to batch total.
• Generate reports, remit payment, and maintain files.
• Post details of business transactions to ledger and journal.
• Process vendor and employee payments.
• Maintain files and records of invoices and amounts owed.
• Complete reconciliations.
• Provide accounts payable assistance and liaise with other departments.
• Prepare routine correspondence.
• May assist accounts receivable and commission processors.
• Performs any additional responsibilities as requested.
