Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associates degree in Accounting preferred.
• 2+ years accounts payable experience preferred.
• Experience with large accounting systems (Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics) desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices and payment requests accurately and timely.
• Ensure 3-way match of orders, invoices, and receiving documents.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies.
• Handle non‑PO invoices per Delegation of Authority limits.
• Assist in month end closing and AP projects to improve processes.
• Collaborate with vendors, Sourcing, Accounting, and other departments.
