Qualifications

• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and compile invoices and payment activities; substantiate business transactions.
• Obtain proper approvals and ensure inclusion on all non-PPSV invoices.
• Reconcile purchase orders with invoices as part of voucher-match process.
• Review Concur expense reports and address discrepancies with appropriate personnel.
• Ensure timely payments with proper documented approvals.
• Assist the Controller in safeguarding company funds and ensuring disbursements are valid.
