This temp-to-hire role offers full-time employment with benefits after conversion. Pay range is $46,000–$60,000, with SAP and AP automation experience valued highly.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in accounting or related field preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Process daily payables for raw materials and PO invoices.
• Resolve matching discrepancies with Purchasing or Logistics.
• Enter invoice data into SAP and code in Mediusflow.
• Review invoices via OCR for accurate billing information.
• Prepare vendor master maintenance forms in SAP.
• Prepare daily invoice batch reports for audit.
• Handle internal and external payment inquiries professionally.
• Assist with monthly processing and account reconciliation.
• Document daily procedures for accounts payable manual.
