This temporary position operates as an hourly role for a 3–6 month trial period, with potential full-time employment and benefits upon conversion. It requires basic accounting knowledge and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in accounting or related field, preferably 1+ year.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• College degree with concentration in Accounting preferred.
• SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process daily payables for raw materials and PO invoices; resolve discrepancies in SAP.
• Review invoices via OCR for accurate billing; create vendors and route for approval.
• Process Test Net Invoices via WinShuttle and rent payments via SAP.
• Maintain vendor master data; collect W-9/W-8 and banking info.
• Prepare daily invoice batch reports for audit.
• Handle mail opening and sorting duties.
• Reconcile accounts and vendor statements; support monthly processing.
• Respond to internal/external payment inquiries.
• Document daily procedures for the AP manual.
