Job summary

FamilyCare Health Centers is seeking a Temporary to potential hire Accounts Payable position at our Teays Valley Office in Teays Valley, WV. Reports To: Accounting Supervisor. Classifications: Non-Exempt. Work Location: Teays Valley Office.

The role involves processing AP invoices in the Dynamics system, preparing weekly check runs, and supporting the Staff Accountant with daily mail, deposits, and 340B invoice tasks.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, telephone and computer skills.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable process.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices (coding, matching packing slips, and data entry).
• Process weekly check runs.
• File accounts payable documents.
• Serve as a back up for the Staff Accountant (sorting daily mail, daily bank deposits, pick up 340B invoices, delivering accounting mail).
• Change out Check In and Check Out cash boxes as required.
